PROTGP Customer Agreement
PROTGP will provide you with hosting services, through which people can access your website through the Internet.
In return, you agree to pay for our service, and to follow the rules we have set up for the use of our service.
Additionally, you agree that you will not hold PROTGP responsible for anything that may result from your use of, or inability to use, our service.
Further, you agree to compensate PROTGP for any time and expense which are caused directly or indirectly by your violation of the rules of the service.
PROTGP reserves the right to discontinue service at any time by disabling the account and password pair which enable access to update your data and disable hosting for your domain(s).
You have the right to discontinue service at any time by giving us a signed notice or e-mail message from an address we have on file for you directing us to terminate your service.
Termination of service does not affect your obligation to pay for services that have already been provided; nor does it reduce, eliminate, or limit an obligation created through a violation of the rules of service during the term of service.
From time to time PROTGP may change the service agreement, the rules for use of the service. When this happens you will receive notice of the change and will have 30 days to decide whether the change is acceptable to you. Continued use of PROTGP's service after the 30 days notice will indicate your acceptance of the change.

You affirm that you are over 18 years of age and that the information you have provided to us about your identity is genuine.
